Objective:
Find 10 real estate agents in the UAE with proven sales experience.
Candidate requirements:
1. Experience:
• From 1 year in real estate in the UAE.
• Proven experience in closed transactions (indicate the number of sales, provide evidence: portfolio, recommendations, transaction data).
2. Languages:
• English (required), Russian (advantage), Arabic (primarily), French (primarily)
3. Location:
• Dubai
Recruiter's tasks:
1. Find candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, job search platforms.
2. Check compliance with the requirements (sales experience is mandatory).
3. Request evidence of completed transactions (customer reviews, CRM screenshots, recommendations).
4. Arrange a meeting with candidates.
5. Provide contact information, brief information (name, phone number, number of sales, languages).
6. Find out the reason for changing employers
Result:
10 employees hired with confirmed experience and proof of sales.
Term: 7 days.
Payment: fixed.
