Revamp our registration page

We need to revamp our current registration page so it will be really easy (and inviting) for our users register for a free evaluation in our online English school. This is the current page: [login to view URL] The page should look like the drawing attached to this post. Some notes: - the html code for the form will be provided. - the translation ddb should translate only the texts in the boxes; not all the page. - It is really important that both forms will not be visible on the registration page; they will be shown only after the visitor will click on one of the side. If he will enter a text on one side, click on the other side, and comeback to the previous side, the text should remain. - Keep in mind that this page is the entrance door to our business, it should be extremely convenient. (we really like the technology and the style used in this project: [login to view URL] - We will need the same registration page on the .fr and .ca website but the text will be in French (without the translation ddb).
