ip numbers

i have a database with ip numbers i need you to display its location. this is extremely fast work.. you probably finish it in 2 mins if you know how to get the details from an ip number and display it. cost is my biggest concern lowest bid wins. 2. are you better in php or asp? 3. if i accept your bid will you be programming this project or will one of your programmers be programming it? 4. if i accept your bid would you be able to start on my project right away and show me some work done every 15 minutes? 5. have you program something like this before? 6. if i give you a database with ip number can u show the city, state, country, isp of the ip number next to the ip number, 7. do u already have an ip database? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
