We need a fix on installation on server, somehow the script is not loading. Normally we have it installed on php 5.2 and PostgreSQL 9.1.9 , somehow on this server php version is 5.3.272.0 , and postgresql is PostgreSQL 8.4.18 , somehow the screen appears blank.
