 Leading and supporting the project team for site engineering technical issues and solutions for radio access network equipment (TRM/Microwave).Supports the site engineers including reviewing the quality of the work.  Implement the local delivery process. Agree with Customer on design rules on Engineering/Acquisition in line with local industry standard,laws and regulations.  Technical evaluation of subcontractor candidates, negotiation and selection.  Interfacing of implementing Customer requirements for introduction of new products, procedures and requirements.  Create material reference list according to “Customer Required products” and “Site & Installation material” documents and etc.
