Unity 2D or Adobe Flash Animation

Hi, Everyone. I am looking for professional to make education animation for AW109 Rotor system simulator. Not 3D Animation. I need just 2D animation but some elements are clickable and needs to have detail page(if I click some part of rotor system, it has to redirect explaination page.) This is simple and clear project for Unity 2D or Adobe Flash(Action Script) developers. For Simulation, I will share video for original one. Let's deal soon. Carlos.
