Dear Client, I've done similar project like yours, so basically dht11 uses onewire protocol and hc-05 Bluetooth uses uart for communication. I've worked on educational project for university college students like smart irrigation systems, solar tracker, mobile robots. First, we shall read the values coming from from the dht11 formatting it with Celsius or Fahrenheit degree standard and taking the humd values and sends them over bluethooth the the receiver. the payload that will be sent is like an array or vector storing the data we want to know. weather its i2c or spi or even uart , I can connect your sensor at fast as possible with STM, NORDIC , ESP modules . DH11 is direct ADC pin , HC-05 uses receive and tx pins just like UART . so let me know
