As I have gone through your description and understood that a Circularly polarized Koch antenna must be designed for UHF frequencies and must be fabricated as well.
Important points:
✅ 1. I can design a Circularly polarized Koch UHF antenna in 1 day.
2. Fabrication- Might take 2 to 3 days extra, but that cost will separate because the material they used is Roger’s RT Duroid 5880 which is costly.
