I need someone to create a application on a Raspberry Pi. The application should be voice activated and can activate and listen based off a command being said. The software can play/stop/change volume to SONOS:PLAY1 Music (Make sure you see that you can do this before you apply). It should also be able to turn off/on a wireless outlet when a command is said and can if used a certain word before the question, it will insert the text to the CleverBot API and will read out the text given in response. I also want the program to be able to check news/weather as it will be displayed on a screen. Lastly, I want some kind of face icon that lips will move as the voice is heard.

I made a home-automation system for myself. This can control the heating-water and air-conditioning and function as a burglar alarm system. You can control remotely, via mobile or web-browser.
