Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Personal Assistant to join our vibrant team, offering crucial support to our CEO across a myriad of administrative tasks. This New Delhi-based position encompasses a substantial remote work component (80%), with a select set of responsibilities requiring travel within Delhi (20%). Job Responsibilities:
• Undertaking research initiatives on various subjects for the CEO, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to furnish accurate and comprehensive information, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Cross-diverse functional areas support such as Recruiting, Online Marketing and Social Media Management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Making calls to service providers to garner required information or services, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate information collection to meet organizational needs.
• Coordinating the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure optimal time management and prioritize critical engagements.
• Addressing ad-hoc personal tasks with diligence, such as gift ordering, trip planning & accommodation booking etc.
• Assisting the CEO's parents during hospital visits in Delhi, a task requiring travel. Responsibilities include note-taking, handling reports, managing appointments, and arranging transportation, all while offering compassionate and reliable support.
