2D vidoes Educational Cartoon Animation

Please read details before proposing. I'm in need of a skilled animator who can create engaging 2D animated videos in a cartoon style. Key Details: - The primary goal of these animations is educational, so the ideal candidate should have experience in producing content that is both informative and entertaining. - The videos should be suitable for all ages, meaning they should be both simple enough for children to understand, and engaging enough for adults to enjoy. - The style should be a traditional cartoon, with bright colors, expressive characters, and a storytelling approach that keeps the audience hooked. We will provide you with a script and you will be animating it with a relevant voiceover. Budget: We are an NGO, hence we will be aiming for 2-3 minute videos maximum These videos will be educational As we are an NGO our budget is 2500 pkr only per video. This is a long term project and expect to earn 30000-50000 pkr. Please DO NOT SEND A PROPOSAL, if you dont like the budget as we cannot afford more than this we are an NGO. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in 2D animation, particularly in the cartoon style. - Experience creating educational content, especially for a broad audience. - A strong storytelling ability, with a knack for making complex topics accessible and engaging. - Strong time management skills, as this project will involve creating multiple animations.
