Short Video Creation

I need a short video created in a documentary-style format. I already have a script prepared and I need an animation to supplement it. I do not have any footage that needs to be included, so it will all need to be animated. This video should be captivating and engaging, as it will be used as an advertisement for a product. All usage rights must be transferred over to me at the completion of the project. It is important that the videos are original, do not infringe upon any copyright, and that the copyright ownership belongs to the client upon completion of the project. Objective: The objective of this project is to produce 10 short animation videos, each ranging from 1.5 to 2 minutes in length, to explain the topic of kids finance. The videos will be based on written contents provided by the client. Deliverables: - Ten (10) short animation videos in digital format (MP4 or any agreed-upon format) based on the given contents. - A final script and storyboard for each video, approved by the client, before proceeding with animation production. - Animation assets, including characters, backgrounds, objects, and visual elements, as required for the videos. - Professional voice-over recordings for the narration of each video based on the scripts given. - Background music and sound effects to enhance the overall quality and engagement of the videos. - High-resolution video files suitable for online streaming and sharing. It is important that the videos are original, do not infringe upon any copyright, and that the copyright ownership belongs to the client upon completion of the project. Timeline: The estimated timeline for the completion of the project is as follows: Script and storyboard approval: Within 4-5 business days after receiving the written contents. Need to improve the script if needed. Voice-over recording (if required): Within 4-5 business days after script approval. Animation production: Approximately 8-10 business days for 10 videos. Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per video, with a turnaround time of 2-3 business days per round. Final video delivery: Within 2-3 business days after the approval of the last round of revisions. Process and Responsibilities: - The client will provide written contents for each video, including the key points and desired message to be conveyed. - The producer will review the provided contents and create a script and storyboard for each video. - The client will review and approve the scripts and storyboards before proceeding with animation production. - If voice-over narration is required, the producer will arrange professional voice-over artists for recording. - The producer will commence animation production based on the approved scripts, storyboards, and voice-over recordings. - The producer will create animation assets, animate the scenes, and add relevant sound effects and background music. - The producer will deliver draft versions of the videos for client review and feedback. - The client will provide feedback and request revisions if necessary, ensuring that the videos align with their requirements. - The producer will make the requested revisions and deliver the final versions of the videos in the agreed-upon format. Note: To ensure copyright compliance, all animation assets, voice-over recordings, and music used in the videos will be either original or properly licensed for use by the client. The license cost for music / animation (if applicable) can be paid directly by the client and to be excluded from the engagement fee.
