Modify my android app - SKILLS NEEDED: JAVA and JS

I have an android app which is a browser that loads my streaming web platform, the app works good but there are some things which we want to modify. 1- Make the app for Android Auto 2- On the website, we have a javascript code to select the web elements with the key arrows, that script works finely on any browser instead does not work very well on our app. When the user uses the key arrows on the app, it selects at the same time several web elements instead of one. 3- The web platform use JW Player to play our streaming content but as it is a web player is not very stable, so we want to make capable the app to replace the web player with a native one which has to be open source, what we do not want is to call a player to then open it on another app. This player has to be included on the vod, and channels section, also this player has to have the features to change size of the image and the channel audio and subtitle of the stream. 4- Cache of photos 5- If exists an update of the app, appears a notification
