Private Dinner Club Database Management - php

I am looking at an application that will automate the whole Private Dinner Reservation system. We currently organise private dinner parties in various cities around the world.? We need a program that can register new applicats and bring-up existing details from those previously registered. The site needs to be username and password protected. We believ that? PHP would be an ideal language for this programe, bt open to new thoughts. We do not have a huge budget for this project but should this be successfull, your name will be allowed to be advertised on the bottom. Our current clients are fortune 500 and this would certainly be a welcome door for future new business.? There? are two types of annual membership: Individual and Corporate There are different rates of membership. The dining costs are? chargable invidividually. What we offer within each dining package charged is? a provisional? reservation? which also includes? taxi transfers to and from their hotel. We want to inially start this in London and slowly? encorporate the site to be able to handle? a complete 'dinner' diary for every city on the globe.? Applicants may not book under 3 days of an event date. Applicants may recieve a discount of their personal dining bill of up to a maximum of 25%. The **NEW APPLICANT** form being created needs to have the basic questions:? First Name ¦ Last Name? ¦ Company Name ¦? Mobile Number ¦ Billing Address ¦ Credit / Debit Card details for annual registration fees ¦ **EXISTING APPLICANTS** form needs to have: Registration number ¦ City Selected ¦ Preferred Date ¦? Hotel Address ¦ Emergency Number (if different) Card Details (If different from NEW APPLICANT form: to hold dining seat ¦ Details of Card Upon completion of the form, our office should receive an email giving us the details entered as a back-up copy.
