About Us:
Simply Wellness is a wellness clinic dedicated to improving the lives of our clients through medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and wellness counseling. We’re opening a new location in Salt Lake City and are looking for a creative and skilled graphic artist to design an eye-catching and professional monument sign that aligns with our brand identity.

Project Overview:
We need a monument sign designed for the front of our new Simply Wellness location. The project involves replacing the current bottom cabinet of an existing monument sign (currently labeled "Will Loan on Any Car").

Key Requirements for the Sign:
- Showcase the Simply Wellness logo prominently.
- Clearly display our core services: "Weight Loss, Hormones, IV Infusions." -OR- just "Hormones & Weight Loss".
- Be visually appealing and professional, with clear and legible fonts.
- Incorporate Simply Wellness's brand colors and style to maintain consistency across all locations.

Sign Dimensions:
- Bottom cabinet: 3’-2.5” tall and 10’ wide.
- Visible copy area (excluding retainers): 2’-10.5” x 9’-8”.

Deliverables:
- A photoshopped mockup of the new sign within the existing monument bottom cabinet.
- Final design files in high-resolution, print-ready formats (e.g., AI, PDF, EPS).
- Any additional mockups necessary for review and approval.

So, just a heads up, less words is better on this sign. Some designers have added website and other information but I want to keep this simple since this is our business sign (not a billboard). In the spirit of that, I may have put too many words in the description. Can you submit some designs with just "SIMPLY WELLNESS" and no other words, and some with "SIMPLY WELLNESS, Hormones & Weght Loss".

One option I would like to see designers try is to put the SIMPLY WELLNESS all on the same line instead of stacked. That might fit better in the wider sign. Also, not afraid of an hourglass outline of a woman to create some curvy lines.
