I'm seeking to hire a proficient graphic designer to create a unique logo for my business, W DeLonge LLC - Boat and Cargo Lifts. The logo must perfectly blend the primary color Blue, while also distinctly depicting our industry.

Key requirements include:

- Making the company name prominent in the design
- Skillful use of Blue as the main color theme
- Creatively embedding elements that represent the Boat and Cargo Lifts industry. Idea: Add image of boat on boat lift with ocean water in background.
- Company is based in South Carolina.

In terms of skills and experiences, prospective bidders should have:

- A strong background in logo design, with particularly emphasis on incorporative logos, where text and imagery are creatively woven together.
- A portfolio to attest to their expertise and quality of work, ideally with particular examples in the boat dock and lifts sector
