I'm seeking a talented designer to create and render a modern, industrial-style facade for my auto glass company's warehouse. The design should prominently feature concrete, glass, and aluminium, consistent with a sleek, modern approach.

Key Requirements:
- Design should incorporate neutral tones (gray, white) with a blue accent, mirroring our existing design elements.
- Experience with industrial design and a keen eye for modern aesthetics is essential.
- Proficiency in using design software to create realistic 3D renderings is necessary.
- Design should include plans for both natural and artificial lighting to enhance the modern industrial facade.
- A distinctive and welcoming entryway should be integrated into the facade, in the middle of the 2 industrial doors.

Ideal Skills:
- Industrial design
- Modern architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- 3D rendering experience
- Understands color theory and material aesthetics.

We will need to extend our space with a glass aluminum construction of about 60sqm into the exterior of the facade - see the attached pdf file.
