Make modification to this VB6 application

Here is a link to a free VB6 application which illustrates the use of the Multi Media Control [login to view URL] I need 2 buttons added to it. This is in the LOWER section of the application (MMCONTROL2) 1) a button that rewinds the recorded audio 10 seconds so that when I either start to play it again or record again it starts from that spot. 2) a button that presses the RECORD button. Not a button that contains the same code as the RECORD button, but one that PRESSES the RECORD button. Very low funds.. sorry.. only have $30 Must provide app and source code. Want to have conversation with you so I can be sure you understand my requests fully. Simple and short coding for one who knows this control.
