The SharePoint site will have 5 permission groups (Owner, Executive, Director, Manager, Staff), we can add or subtract groups as needed. There will be 5 sites (1. Community Associations, 2. DH Bader Corporate, 3. Accounting, 4. Executive, 5. Previous Community Associations. Only the #1 “Community Associations” where when you create a new association the below folders will automatically added. 1. Community Associations When you create a new Community, the below folders will automatically add within the new community. Accounting Architectural Changes Audits Budget Collections Contracts Correspondence Financials Forms Governing Documents Inspections Insurance Legal Maintenance Management Reports Meetings Projects Proposals Resales Taxes zzArchive 2. DH Bader Corporate 3. Accounting 4. Executive 5. Previous Community Associations i. In order to delete a community, a permission will be required from either Executive or owner. ii. When you add a community, a set number of folders will be created (as described above) iii. A Manager or below can only delete the folder and/or files they created. iv. A Director can delete folders created by anyone but cannot delete template folders. v. A Columns for File Metadata is added for directors and above to review in case of a problem vi. A Recycle Bin and Second Stage Recycle Bin is there plus a daily backup of content. vii. Some of the 5 sites will only be visible to certain groups, other groups can't see them. viii. There is a policy and procedure folders, which is read only for everyone except the executives and owners.
