Create ODOO12 Custom theme

We need a custom-made theme in odoo 12 community ed. running on EC2 AWS
The theme should replicate [login to view URL] lay out:
Top left corner our logo in a withe box with a menu
Below an orange (color must be editable) box with a slider and a "read more option"
When you press read more a descriptive page come over the main picture on the right site
SITE MUST BE FULL SCREEN
This site must lead to different subsite for each sector
Automotive Aerospace .....etc
Picture must be fitted into the new template
