Create fiber optic technician games to be added to my telecom job posting site. Each can be played solo, scored, and ranked on a leaderboard:

Concept:
Players race against the clock to connect the final mile of fiber to a home or business, overcoming obstacles like traffic, construction zones, and weather conditions.
Gameplay:
• Choose the best route for fiber deployment (buried vs. aerial) while avoiding hazards.
• Manage a limited budget and materials to complete the job efficiently.
• Use bucket trucks, trenching tools, and fusion splicers to get the job done.
• Earn points for speed, accuracy, and minimizing material waste.
Leaderboard Ranking: Best completion time with the fewest errors.
2. OTDR Detective: Find the Fault
Concept:
Players must diagnose fiber network issues using an Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) and other telecom tools.
Gameplay:
• Players receive random service tickets (e.g., “Customer reports slow speeds”).
• Use an OTDR simulation to analyze fiber reflections and pinpoint issues like breaks, bends, or weak splices.
• Choose the right repair method (re-splicing, replacing fiber, adjusting connectors).
• The faster and more accurately a player finds and fixes the problem, the more points they earn.
Leaderboard Ranking: Fastest and most accurate diagnoses.
3. Splice Master 3000
Concept:
A precision-based mini-game where players must splice fiber strands perfectly under pressure.
Gameplay:
• Players must align fiber ends and use a fusion splicer while keeping the loss below a target dB level.
• Random challenges include windy conditions, shaky hands, or equipment malfunctions.
• Higher precision and lower signal loss earn more points.
Leaderboard Ranking: Best splice accuracy with the lowest dB loss.
4. Fiber Drop Frenzy
Concept:
A fast-paced arcade-style game where players manage multiple fiber installations at once, keeping up with customer demand.
Gameplay:
• Players must juggle multiple installs simultaneously, assigning crew members and prioritizing urgent jobs.
• Choose aerial, underground, or micro-trenching for each job while balancing cost and time.
• Customers leave reviews and ratings, affecting overall score.
• Bonus points for installing fiber efficiently without delays or complaints.
Leaderboard Ranking: Highest number of successful installations with high customer satisfaction.
5. Fiber Wars: ISP Showdown
Concept:
A strategic game where players run their own fiber ISP and compete to dominate a city’s market.
Gameplay:
• Build and expand a fiber network while competing against AI or other players.
• Manage network congestion, pricing, and customer service.
