I'm in need of an architect who can provide economical and effective design ideas, plans and suggestions for the interior layout of my under-construction ground-floor house. This will include one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom, one front shop, one bathroom, and utility space. The designs must prioritize functionality, while also adhering to Indian Vastu principles.
Now Site is under construction
As per the attached drawing, the ground floor plastering is done, need suggestions, and ideas for a tiny house like the kind of floor to select, space space-saving ideas for the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and batch room.
Please Note: This is Fix budget project @2.5k
Key Requirements:
- Design must be Vastu compliant
- Focus on practicality and functionality
- Creative and economical design solutions
- Must suggest - the kind of materials to be used
- Drawings must be easy to understand, local carpenters should be able to understand and execute them.
-Drawings must separately generate suggestions/ideas. estimation sheet should be given separate
The ideal freelancer for this project should have substantial experience in interior architecture, particularly with residential spaces, and a strong understanding of Vastu principles.
