GoHighLevel-Zoho CRM Integration Specialist

I am looking for a freelancer to help integrate GoHighLevel with Zoho CRM. This integration should enable GoHighLevel to be used as a messaging and VOIP solution, while keeping data synchronized with Zoho CRM. The solution should work seamlessly on both web and mobile apps. Since I resell GoHighLevel to my clients, I need this integration to be applicable to selected subaccounts. Below are the detailed requirements for this project: General Integration Requirements: Lead/Contact Details in GoHighLevel Inbox (Web and Mobile) Display lead or contact details in the right sidebar of the inbox or the details section of the LeadConnector mobile app when interacting with messages or calls. Creating New Leads in Zoho CRM Whenever a new message is received (e.g., via WhatsApp), a new lead should automatically be created in Zoho CRM. No duplicate leads should be created (based on phone numbers or other unique identifiers). Sending Bulk Messages from Zoho CRM Contacts/Leads Enable the ability to send bulk WhatsApp or SMS campaigns to Zoho CRM contacts or leads. Syncing Messages with Zoho CRM All incoming and outgoing messages (WhatsApp or SMS) should be synced with the corresponding CRM records, stored as notes or activity logs in the Zoho CRM system. Messages should be added as scripts, ensuring that all communication history is available within the CRM record. Assign Conversations Based on Record Ownership Automatically assign conversations to the relevant users based on record ownership within Zoho CRM. Each user should have their own inbox, visible only to them, containing only their data. Users should only be able to view their own conversations and data in the inbox. Update CRM Records from GoHighLevel Conversations Allow users to update Zoho CRM record statuses, modify fields, and add notes directly from within the GoHighLevel/LeadConnector conversation interface. Secure Customer Data by Hiding Phone Numbers Implement an option to hide phone numbers from certain users in the system, ensuring the security and privacy of customer data. VOIP-Specific Requirements: Seamless VOIP Integration Enable VOIP functionality in GoHighLevel that integrates directly with Zoho CRM, allowing users to make and receive calls, log call activity, and sync details such as call duration, notes, and outcomes back to Zoho CRM. Each call should be linked to the corresponding Zoho CRM lead or contact record, ensuring a complete communication history. Automatic Call Logging in Zoho CRM Automatically log calls made and received through the VOIP system as activities in the relevant lead or contact record in Zoho CRM. Ensure that call notes are captured and stored accurately in the Zoho CRM system, either as notes or in custom fields. Assigning Calls Based on Ownership Similar to message assignment, ensure that calls are routed and assigned to the appropriate users based on the ownership of the Zoho CRM record (i.e., the assigned user for that lead/contact should receive the call details and logs). VOIP Number Display and Call Management Implement the ability to display specific VOIP numbers based on user permissions. Ensure that users see only the numbers assigned to their clients or leads. Provide functionality for users to manage their VOIP settings, such as call forwarding, voicemail, and the ability to make outbound calls from a VOIP number linked to their GoHighLevel account. Call Recordings and CRM Integration Ensure that any call recordings are stored and accessible within the relevant Zoho CRM records, enabling users to listen to calls directly from the lead or contact details page. Additional Notes: Subaccount Compatibility: This integration should be applicable across the subaccounts I manage within GoHighLevel. Ensure that the solution is scalable to support multiple subaccounts, with customizable settings for each account as needed. Mobile and Web Access: The functionality should work seamlessly on both the GoHighLevel web interface and the mobile LeadConnector app, with consistent user experience across devices. Data Security and Compliance: Adhere to data security best practices to ensure the privacy of customer data, particularly when handling phone numbers, messages, and call recordings.
