Visa Expert for E2/EB2-NIW Needed

I am currently on an E2 visa in the US, with only five months remaining on my I-94. The original goal of the business for which I was originally approved for struggled with COVID-19 and so I pivoted to a different technology after that point. After launching earlier this year, it has experienced great success, including attracting investment. Here’s a brief overview of my situation: 1. I launched the technology in April 2024 and gained nearly 80,000 users by July. 2. In August, I began seeking investors, securing funds in September and October. While focusing on fundraising, business development temporarily slowed, but I’m now in a stronger financial position and planning the next phase of growth. 3. A key milestone was being granted a patent by the USPTO related to our technology a couple of months ago. This complements other patents to my name. 4. The business is currently run by me and my software engineer who is based in Canada. I have not yet hired US employees due to the timing of events, though I plan to do so soon. This is my third E2 visa application, and I’ve been in the US for over 10 years. Given my current circumstances, I am exploring options for a more permanent solution, such as an EB2-NIW green card. However, I am open to other visa options if they are more suitable. While I don’t have formal academic qualifications, I am an autodidact and have independently invented and developed advanced technologies requiring expertise in electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, and design. I have a track record of building successful businesses, including a telecom company I’ve operated for more than 20 years. Here’s what I’m looking for: 1. An immigration attorney or expert with extensive experience in handling EB2-NIW applications and similar visa types. 2. Someone who can take on the majority of the application process, including assembling and organizing documentation, as I have limited time to dedicate to this - if possible and at a higher cost of course. This is an urgent priority for me, and I would like the application to be filed as soon as possible (meaning if you can do it in 25% of the time it normally takes at a higher cost, then I'd like that option).
