ImageJ data into ANOVA statistical

Four data sets processed thru ImageJ. Each data set contains only two (2) variables -- essentially "before" and "after". Need each and all of these ImageJ processed data sets to be further reduced to statistically significant algorithm. Purpose of this will be to plug into manuscript intended for Literature peer review and publication. Please only reply if you've high level competency in such work.
