Social Media Management for Recruitment Firm (Ongoing)

We are looking for someone to manage all social media for our recruitment company (for IT and Healthcare). Our selected Social Media Manager will start in the New Year.
Duties will include:
1. Create and Share Content
• Plan Content: Create a plan for posts about jobs, company culture, career tips, and success stories.
• Post Jobs: Share job openings in a clear and attractive way.
• Highlight Company Culture: Share behind-the-scenes content that shows what it's like to work at the company.
2. Engage with People
• Respond to Comments: Answer questions and engage with people who comment on posts or send messages.
• Build Relationships: Talk to potential candidates and clients to create a good image for the company.
3. Run Social Media Campaigns
• Create Campaigns: Organize posts and ads to attract job seekers or promote events.
• Use Ads: Set up and manage paid ads on platforms like LinkedIn or Facebook to promote job listings.
4. Measure Success
• Track Results: Check how well posts and ads are doing (like how many people like or share posts).
• Report: Share regular reports with the team to show what's working and what's not.
5. Increase Reach and Get Leads
• Grow Followers: Post regularly, use hashtags, and interact with others to get more people to follow the company.
• Generate Leads: Encourage people to apply for jobs or contact the company through social media.
6. Stay Updated
• Follow Trends: Keep up with what's trending in recruitment and adjust the content accordingly.
• Check Competitors: Look at what other recruitment companies are doing on social media to get ideas.
7. Work with Other Teams
• Coordinate with Recruiters: Work with the recruitment team to understand what jobs need to be promoted.
• Communicate with Marketing and HR: Make sure social media efforts align with other company activities.
8. Show Off Employees
• Encourage Sharing: Get employees to share company posts on their personal social media.
• Celebrate Employees: Share posts about employees’ achievements and company events to show off the work environment.
9. Handle Issues
• Manage Negative Feedback: If there’s any negative comment or review, respond professionally and quickly to resolve the issue.

One of the goals is to increase our followers across all social media platforms, also to gain client and candidate connections, enticing people to want to know more about our company, creating great relationships. We will prioritize LinkedIn and the company website for our social media activities. We would like to focus on creating and sharing videos, posts, images, interactions, comments, drawing people in content predominantly.
