Scrum Master Needed in Software Development

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and guide our ongoing software development projects. The project follows Agile methodologies with a focus on the Scrum framework. Details of the Opportunity: Compensation: ₹100 per hour (maximum) Hours: 40 hours per week Working Hours: Indian Standard Time (IST) – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Note: This is a strictly hourly-based project. As a Scrum Master , you will work closely with Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, learning the principles of Scrum while helping teams deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Facilitation and Leadership Assist in guiding and coaching Agile teams on Scrum practices, principles, and values. Support the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a servant leader by learning how to identify and help remove impediments for the team. Collaborate with Product Owners to understand, refine, and prioritize the product backlog. Team Empowerment and Growth Contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and accountability. Participate in encouraging continuous improvement through feedback and learning loops. Support team members in adopting Agile best practices and tools. Help ensure team motivation and alignment with project vision and goals. Process Management and Delivery Monitor sprint progress and assist in tracking Agile metrics to ensure transparency and alignment with objectives. Learn to address team dynamics and help maintain a healthy and collaborative environment. Support adherence to Scrum principles while adapting to team and project needs. Assist in tracking risks and dependencies, working with stakeholders to understand mitigation techniques. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders on team progress, roadblocks, and deliverables. Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a well-prioritized backlog. Required Skills and Qualifications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Interest in Agile practices, project management, and team collaboration. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
