As a small but growing business, we are in need of an HR specialist. We have an existing HR system in place but require assistance to ensure we are managing our recruitment, employee relations and benefits effectively.

- Help with Recruitment and Onboarding: As we grow, so does our need for talented and dedicated employees. We need assistance with sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: As a small team, we value harmony and collaboration. An HR specialist will help manage employee relations and mediate any potential conflicts before they escalate.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: We have a basic system in place, but need an expert to help manage payroll and benefits for our employees.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a small business setting.
- Strong skills in recruitment, conflict resolution and payroll management.
- Experience with HR systems and a demonstrated ability to improve them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
