I am looking for someone to join our dynamic team as the Operations Manager for a leading wellness company encompassing digital and in-person products across four distinct sub-brands. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations from client-facing interactions to back-end processes. This multifaceted role involves overseeing product quality, managing our tech stack, optimizing user experiences, and leading a remote team. Key Responsibilities: Quality Oversight: Ensure the highest standards of quality for all wellness products and services. Implement and refine quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations. Client-Facing Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience. Oversee client care operations to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Tech Stack Management: Manage and optimize the technology stack supporting our digital products. Collaborate with tech teams to implement upgrades, enhancements, and resolve issues. User Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience across all digital platforms. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive user satisfaction. Remote Team Leadership: Manage and lead a remote team, providing clear direction and support. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to maximize productivity and innovation. Cross-Brand Coordination: Collaborate with teams across the four sub-brands to ensure cohesive operations. Implement standardized processes while accommodating unique brand requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the wellness industry. Strong understanding of quality control processes and client care operations. Demonstrated experience managing digital products and technology stacks. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.I am looking for an experienced operations manager to handle the following responsibilities: - Process improvement: The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Management. The operations manager will be expected to oversee and optimize the services we offer through our online tech platform. The manager will also be expected to manage local on-the-ground facilities and team requirements (remotely) The project is expected to last more than a year. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team management and process improvement. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
