I am looking for an architecture coordinator to handle site inspections for a commercial project. The coordinator will also need to communicate with clients, contractors, and our internal team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site inspections to assess the progress and quality of work - Communicate regularly with clients to update them on the project's status - Liaise with contractors to ensure that the project stays on schedule and within budget - Work closely with our internal team to coordinate efforts and address any issues that arise - Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders on a regular basis. Ideal Candidates: - Have extensive experience in overseeing commercial architecture projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management abilities - Proficient in conducting site inspections and assessing the quality of work. Proficiency in project management software is required. The project is expected to last 6 months.
