We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance the functionality of our two websites:

Key Responsibilities
1. General WordPress Development and Maintenance
Update WordPress core, plugins, and themes while ensuring compatibility and stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including plugin conflicts, PHP errors, and hosting-related problems.
Perform regular backups of website files and databases.
Implement best practices for responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Optimize website speed by minimizing HTTP requests and improving server response times.
Compress images and convert them to modern formats like WebP for improved performance.
