Minimum Skills and Experience:
-AI and machine learning expertise: At least 2 years of demonstrated continuous, non-overlapping experience in AI and machine learning including some experience with retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
- LangChain Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in at least 10 projects using LangChain for retrieval-augmented generation or similar applications.
- Data extraction and database development: A minimum of 5 years of experience in structured data extraction and database creation.
-CV Analysis: Proven familiarity with CV parsing and insights generation.
Adaptive Learning Systems: Strong ability to design and implement systems that learn and improve over time.
-Technical Tools: Proficiency in AI tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
- Problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, innovate, and implement scalable AI solutions.
- Must respond promptly to all queries and maintain clear, consistent communication with team members.
- Must allocate and dedicate sufficient time to achieve agreed-upon results within specified deadlines.

The challenge:
We are looking for a skilled AI developer to help us under a NDA to enhance an existing AI-driven system. The main purposes of this system are:
- Extract key data from any type of CV in PDF or Word format and can create a database thereof.
- Be able to identify what CV match a series of criteria (e.g. XX years of experience or more, XX years of experience as project manager, experience with XX client or in XX sector or specialization)
- Learn from mistakes or behaviours.
