Comprehensive Design for flat bread Production Line

We are seeking an experienced freelance Mechanical or Process Engineer to design a comprehensive and efficient Injera Production Line. The project involves creating a process workflow, integrating pre-built and custom machines, and incorporating modern automation technologies like PLC programming for seamless operation. Key tasks include process design, electrical layout, piping and sanitary design, waste and gas line management, production line layout, and 3D simulation. The freelancer will identify and recommend machines from reputable manufacturers, particularly in China, for integration and customization. Deliverables include detailed designs such as process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), 3D models, electrical schematics, and user manuals.
