I need a source code (in IAR) and .HEX of nordic nrf51822

I want to developfor a personal project:

1.- Nordic chip send by advertising the value of 4 ADC value (each value is the 10bit). I can choose which ADC interrupt to use.

2.- Nordic chip stay the Most of the time in sleep mode. when I put the battery, the program turn on the advertising send by 7second (variable 1) the value of the ADC (point 1), after the 7 second the chip will go to sleep mode. 4 hour later (variable 2), the chip will turn on and send by advertising the value of the 4 adc, and so on.

3.- If push the button (digital IO) the chip wake it up, and send by advertisind the 4 values of the adc.

4. I want to configure the variable 1 and variable 2 by windows 10, for example

Variable 1 = 5 second (the advertising send the message for 5 second)

variable 2 = 8 hours (turn on each 8 hour, measure the 4 adc, and send the values by advertizing)

I think it is a simple project, all the requeriment appear in the SDK nordic. I look for a people with some skills in nordic... for him it will be very easy...
