2D & 3D Fitout Design for Institute

I need an expert in 2D and 3D modeling who can convert a shell and core space into an institute fitout. The existing space is captured in a 2D AutoCAD file with all dimensions.

Key Requirements:

- Incorporate all specified elements into the models: furniture and fixtures; lighting and electrical layout; color schemes and material finishes

- Design style should be modern

- Use detailed layouts I have created for various rooms, including classrooms, offices, and common areas

Ideal Skills:

- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software

- Strong understanding of modern design aesthetics

- Experience in designing educational institutes or similar spaces

- Excellent communication skills to interpret and integrate my detailed layouts
