I need help modifying two logos for my wedding. These are existing logos from iconic businesses in Madison, Wisconsin (where we are getting married). We'd like to customize the logos using our names to add a personalized touch to the big weekend.

The Customization: Alter the text to read "The Usem Union." I would like simple, exact replicas of the attached images. Please provide me with PNG files that have no background.

- I require the original colors of the logos, but also a secondary version with outlines instead of full colors.
- For the secondary version, the outlines should be thin and delicate.

Ideal skills for this project would include graphic design and experience with logo alteration. Please ensure that the final designs are suitable for printing on napkins.
