Project Details
I need a professional and formal template for various company documents, including purchase orders, partnership agreements, and other miscellaneous documents. The templates should be easily editable in Microsoft Word. I WANT ONE SINGLE WORD FILE WITH PROPERLY SETUP HEADER AND FOOTER WITH THE ABILITY TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON CONTRACT TYPE BY SIMPLY ADDING TEXT BOXES INTO THE HEADER.

Requirements:
-Try to add a cool watermark on the page.
- The header of the template should mirror the design from my previous company, "Titan", but with the updated company name, "Sigma Decom", and a new logo.
- The footer should contain updated company information.
- The overall style of the templates should be professional and formal.

Logo:
- The logo will be provided in JPEG format.
- The freelancer should have experience in Microsoft Word and document design, with an understanding of creating professional business templates.

I need something simpler than i made it sound. I merely require the attached word spread sheet to have the header and footer for sigma decom on top with the ability to change and add text boxes. Then I need the footer to change to www.SigmaDecom.com same phone number 2205 Bremer Rd. | Fort Wayne, IN 46803, JMason at sigmdecom.com

The watermark should be subtle and minimalistic.
