Brief for Creating a Golf Technical Sheet Template - Opus Business Club
Project Overview:
We are Opus Business Club, a luxury concierge club for business professionals who are passionate about golf. This technical sheet will provide our clients with essential details about select golf courses, allowing them to reach out to us for reservations. It should be elegant, professional, and easy to read.

Purpose of the Sheet:
The technical sheet should present key information about each golf course, with a design that reflects luxury and prestige. Clients should be able to quickly consult the features and services of each course and be encouraged to contact us to arrange bookings.

Content to Include in the Technical Sheet
1. Header

Opus Business Club Logo: Positioned at the top left.
Golf Course Name: Centered at the top (e.g., "Royal Golf Club Paris").
Panoramic Image of the Course: As a header background or just below, providing an attractive overview.
2. General Information Section

Golf Course Name: Full name of the club.
Location: City, country.
Distance from City Center: e.g., 20 minutes from Paris.
Year Established: Founding year.
Course Architect: Name of the famous architect, if applicable.
3. Course Features

Number of Holes: e.g., 18 or 9 holes.
Type of Course: Links, Parkland, Desert, etc.
Total Length: e.g., 6,800 meters.
Minimum Handicap Requirement: If applicable.
4. Services and Facilities

Clubhouse: Gourmet restaurant, bar, lounge.
Pro Shop: Golf equipment, branded apparel, accessories.
Practice & Training: Covered practice area, putting green, chipping area, training bunker.
Golf Academy: Private and group lessons, personalized coaching, intensive training.
Equipment Rental: Golf bags, clubs, carts (indicate if included in Opus membership).
