I'm seeking a talented architect or designer to enhance the front design of my building. Only the front needs to be redesigned creatively. The project involves using the existing 2D floor plan and working diagrams to create a more aesthetically pleasing façade, while also maintaining the structural integrity of the current design.

Key Aspects:
- Enhancing the modern aesthetics of the building while keeping support for the beams.
- Creativity in incorporating the pillars but i would very much prefer to reduce them or hide them without changing the overall structure.
- Thoughtful application of decorative materials to elevate the design.

The color palette will remain with the stone grey cladding and off white, with the addition of a third contrasting color. The design must include a large glass window and a swing door, both positioned at the front of the building.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in architectural design and 3D rendering.
- Strong understanding of structural integrity in design.
- Ability to creatively incorporate existing structural elements into a new design.
- Experience working with modern aesthetics and decorative materials.

Expected outcome
New improved front design and 3D renderings that can be used with current floor plan
