I need an Excel spreadsheet to monitor the billed hours of each of our automotive technicians, as well as their total team hours each day. This tracking should be in relation to the daily goals we've set for them.

Key Features:
- A bar chart graphic display to visualize the data (along with actual numbers)
- Tracking for individual technician hours and combined team hours
- Comparison of hours worked against daily goals for individual as well as team
-The graphic should represent how close to the set goal they are. Below 80% is red, 80-99.9% is yellow and 100% and up is green.

Our automotive technicians are paid a bonus based their actual billed hours vs their target goal for billed hours. Also as a team, the technician individual targets are added together and a team bonus is paid based on if they hit their target as a team.

An example would be, let's say techs daily billed hourly goals look like this:
Tech 1 9hours a day, Tech 2 8hrs a day, Tech 3 10hrs a day, and Tech 4 7hrs a day. Combined team daily team hours are 34hrs a day. We'd like a chart so that each tech can see how he is doing daily on hitting his goals as well as see how the team is daily. We want it simple enough that a staff member can enter the technicians billed hours at the end of each work day so the next morning a tech knows where they stand individually and as a team. (something we'll keep up on a monitor in the shop so they can visually know how they're doing)

- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in creating data tracking spreadsheets
- Ability to design clear and informative graphic displays within Excel
- Understanding of the automotive industry (desirable but not essential)
