Product Indexing or Tagging Offline software

We import and sell Furniture. It is selected by clients from the power point presentations that we make & we send to clients & Architects. We have a collection of approx 5000 products in multiple power point presentations of the brands we represent and we keep adding more and more. Our team studies various brands and then prepares per point presentations … like the one attached. We run a "find" word on the original collection that is in power point. We keep pressing next.. it shows us the next product, we make a note (on paper) of the ones we want to use, then copy those and paste into a new Power point presentation. The problem in powerpoint is that it shows the word one at a time and allows only a basic find-repalce word search For example When i run a search on this presentation for "wooden legs" it will find the first slide that contains the word wooden legs and then if i click next it will show the next one. Need a software that 1) allows us to make pages that contain images & text. 2) can stores pages like these and 3) when I search for "wooden legs" shows all the pages where wooden legs is mentioned. Much like search on any shopping site or Pinterest or you tube. So if the software at a minimum level can show us the shortlist together is good enough and if it can prepare a new output of the shortlist (in any usable format) is even better. This is meant for internal use only. Client slides need to have more info which varies with each client and we have to add manually and then send to client We do most of our work offline. The software is meant for internal use for us to select items based on designs and then make a new presentation from these and send to client.
