My OSTicket is not working correctly! Please only respond if you.. 1. Live and Work in the United States 2. Have Installed and configured OSTicket for a client I Installed OS Ticket last year on [login to view URL] and its run since day one with a key feature not working. When people reply to tickets directly via email, its supposed to pick up the body of a message and append it to the ticket based on the ticket number in the subject line. This is not working and i dont have the time nor desire to figure out why. If you can make this feature work, please contact me to let me know your estimates. If you have done this before it should be a quick fix and easy money. Thanks, -Phil
