Programmer Wanted to create Basic Real Estate Application Brokers send us lists of properties with property details and sales price in text format. We are looking for someone to build an application to process the text into a format that can automate updates as new lists come in and are uploaded. The end goal is to have a workable list with no duplicates and any price reduced properties highlighted and easily identifiable. The application must have the capability to sort by any of the individual property details such as price, region, sq ft etc. *Bonus option - set up a way for brokers to upload directly into the application and creating a signifier marking any new entries. For completion of this project, please have this up and running where we can access to test its functionality as described. *VERY IMPORTANT: To separate you from the spammers, please write I READ IT as the first line of your bid.
