Job Title: Communication and Content Manager - Esports and Gaming Location: Dubai, UAE (with required global travel) Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and content strategy across all social media and communication channels. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality content production aligned with our brand’s voice and objectives. - Create engaging, informative, and compelling content for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, social media updates, and videos. - Manage the company’s external and internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. - Liaise with esports players and teams to develop content that highlights their achievements and stories. - Monitor and analyze the performance of social media platforms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and reach. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for social media and content marketing. - Manage the content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of content across all channels. - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency. - Facilitate communication and content needs for global events, including travel as required. -Oversee and manage communications in a crisis, ensuring accurate, timely, and appropriate responses. -Monitor and analyze content performance and communication outcomes using metrics and KPIs to gauge success and inform future strategies. -Produce, review, and edit various forms of content, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, press releases, and social media posts. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and team leadership, preferably in the gaming or esports industry. - Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both languages. - Strong understanding of the gaming community and esports landscape. - Extensive knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. - Ability to lead and inspire a team of creative individuals. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
