Job Description: We are looking for experienced and motivated Factory Representatives to help us promote and sell our products in the USA. The ideal candidate will serve as the key point of contact between our factory and potential clients, helping us establish new business relationships and grow our market share. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers, including distributors, retailers, and e-commerce businesses. Promote our neoprene products and communicate their unique value propositions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Represent our factory at trade shows, business meetings, or other promotional events if needed. Provide market insights, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences, to guide our strategies. Act as a liaison between the USA clients and our factory to facilitate seamless communication. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the B2B market. Familiarity with neoprene products or related industries is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Based in the USA or with significant experience in the USA market.
