The model will be based on 2D CAD survey drawings and photos of the house and the site that I will provide. Key Requirements: - Model will include only main interior features. - Exterior details to be included: Facade features, Landscaping elements, Roof details, basic forms of the neighbouring houses on either side, The full site to the correct ground levels, Shed buildings to the rear of the site, Boundary wall and site entrance gate, also the footpath and road immediately to the front. - Surrounding context to be of moderate accuracy with approximate dimensions.
