    Hi there, We're looking for someone to help with administrative finance tasks such as creating quotations and invoices, checking / processing expenses, checking GST, updating payments and revenue tracking / data entry. - Tasks: Reconciling our accounts, preparing quotes and invoicing from templates, and assisting with our receivables and expenses administration. - Software: We primarily use Xero for our bookkeeping. We use Zoho for expenses which would be great, or familiarity with another expenses platform. Strong knowledge of Xero and Google sheets is a must. Zoho familiarity ideal, or other expenses platforms. Most important is attention to detail and ability to follow templates, processes and instructions.
