Falconmfm made a bid on this project but never really installed Atlassian products before. I wasnt told, by him, he had no experience. 48 hours later we still had issues with one of the modules. I gave him a chance to give up, because the learning curve was taking too long and I was worried about bugs Jira was showing on the Front End. When I gave up on him, 3 days later, he wanted half of the money from the job he couldnt make. I offered to cancel, with no payment, as I would have to pay someone to uninstall his installation and start all over (and because he was not transparent saying that he didnt know how to setup Jira). Well, I created a dispute and he still wanted 5 bucks for his job. So, I guess this 5 bucks is for the right for this feedback. I created a new job (for someone else), paid the right amount for it (I had no clue how much time Jira would take to install), and a guy with proper experience finished in less than 2 hours. So, make sure falconmfm has the expecience before hiring him. He is a nice guy, but not always transparent.
