• More than 15 years of professional experience in CAD/CAM/CAE software (NX, Solidworks, Inventor, Ansys, Teamcenter…) • Deep Knowledge of mechanical design principles and analysis aided with 3D modeling and mechanical simulation experience • Comprehensive knowledge of machining and tool selection regarding CNC applications for turning, milling, wire cut machines • DFM & DFA through manufacturing process selection and costing analysis • Tolerance analysis & stack-up calculations • Working within a team or independently according to the project's nature and needs • Establishing commercial products files for OEM and product standardization • Ability to solve complex problems by using scientific rules and methods
