I am in need of a telecaller who possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada. The primary role of this telecaller will be providing customer support over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product information and handling general inquiries
- Delivering top-tier customer service
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in English and Kannada is a must
- Prior experience in customer support telecalling is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tools:
- There is no need for the telecaller to utilize any specific software or tools for this role.
The telecaller is expected to work full-time. The target audience for the telecalling services will be local customers. outbound calls we have to call parents and say them about our seminar & course The telecaller should be available on both weekdays and weekends. The telecaller will undergo initial training to familiarize with product information and customer service protocols. This position is a long-term role. The telecaller will be required to work from our office. The expected volume of calls is between 50-100 per day. The telecaller will undergo live training sessions to understand product information and customer service protocols. The telecaller is expected to work from 10 AM - 6 PM.
